💬 Quality and efficiency depends on pre-project communication. In order to achieve great results, please:
– Provide the most actual and accurate product images / listing
– Provide the image requirements before the project starts
Note: Major unexpected changes in product may require an extra.
🖼️ Regarding the lifestyle images, there are normally 2 approaches for choosing background images for compositing with 3D graphics:
- Your choice of stock images (Shutterstock, AdobeStock licensed images included into project price)
- Our choice of images
In both cases, we’ll confirm the stock images and infographic concepts before proceeding to finalizing them.
2. Revisions
😮 Important ! 😮
- We offer 3 free rounds of revisions in case you’d like to suggest edits.
- Please try to include as much as possible into your feedback rather than splitting into several rounds of revisions.
- Please note that any major changes after the infographic/lifestyle confirmation may be charged extra.
3. Refund
💸 We offer full refund in case you don’t like the result. Please mind the following terms and exceptions:
- The refund may only be made upon the initial delivery, that is before the revisions are requested and made.
- The refund request may be rejected if it was caused by new unexpected requirements, that were not included into the initial quote.
4. Other notes
- The 3D project files cannot be provided. If you need source files for infographics – let me know before the project starts.
- Your project may be used to showcase my skills in our portfolio (Final images only, the source files and sensitive data is kept private at all times). If you don’t want this, please let me know
- Your e-mail address or phone number will not be shared with anyone. But we may send you occasional discount offers when there are not enough projects.
